Caring for your Collections without Costing the Earth: Achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals with Collection Care

In this session we shall be considering how sustainability in its broadest contexts can be delivered in a museum setting, in particular collection care. The session will utilise the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to provide a framework for identifying opportunities to achieve more sustainable practices. We will share best practice, examine case studies and provide opportunities for attendees to consider how to apply these ideas in their own roles.

This session will be delivered by Ben Melham, Director of Mortice Consulting, who will share his experience and insights from delivering solutions and sharing knowledge in sustainability, operations and collections care across the cultural sector.

Please login 10 minutes before the start.

Duration: 1.5 hours

The trainer will be available at the end of the session for informal questions.

More details will be sent out once you have registered for the event.

If you have any further questions, you may find them answered on our FAQs page.
