Heritage Digital
Heritage Digital is a new project supported by NLHF Digital Skills for Heritage funding stream, aiming to increase the amount of free digital skills training and support available to heritage organisations. The Heritage Alliance are leading a unique consortium supported by Media Trust, Charity Digital, Naomi Korn Associates & The Heritage Alliance who will be creating a training package responding to needs emerging in the next two months grouped into 4 key strands of digital comms, digital strategy, digital rights and digital tech.

Digital Heritage Lab
Digital Heritage Lab is funded through the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the Digital Skills for Heritage initiative. It is a free programme for small and medium heritage organisations seeking to develop their digital capabilities and capacity.

SHARE Helpline: Support with Audience Development, Communications and Marketing
We have appointed Christina Lister of Christina Lister Comms to support museums in the second phase of support. Christina can take your calls and emails about any aspect of Marketing, Communications and Audience Development. She can give you advice and help, which might include:
- Developing a communications plan during closure
- Engaging audiences during closure
- Researching your audience and/or non-users
- Reallocating or focusing marketing budget
- Marketing and Audience Development plans for re-opening
- Developing ideas and content for Social Media channels

AIM is offering free one-to-one surgeries with the Digital Heritage Lab on digital skills to its members.
