How can you use your spaces and buildings to bring in income, while supporting your charitable purpose? Whether you are looking to utilise your space better for community or commercial use, a clear approach to space hire is essential.
You will consider:
- What your rationale is for space hire
- Where and how to find customers
- What do you need to have in place to manage space hire
- Where pressure points for space hire are, and how to best resource these
This course – delivered by Cause4’s Director of Strategy & Programmes – is aimed at organisations who already hire space and are looking to refresh their approach; as well as those looking to start letting space for the first time.
Who should attend?
Museums within the Accreditation scheme can attend this session as a one off, however it is part of an 8 session training programme focusing on diversifying income. If you are not within the Museum Accreditation scheme please email sharemuseumseast@museums.norfolk.gov.uk and ask about availability
