SHARE Insight into Digitally Engaged Audiences (IDEA) 2021-22 Cohort report

This is a report about the findings from the IDEA programme (Insight from Digitally Engaged Audiences) run by SHARE Museums East in 2021-22. The aim of the programme was to help museums:
• understand who their digital audiences are
• understand what their digital audiences value and want
• identify any differences between their digital and in-person audiences
• and therefore feed into plans for future digital engagement and marketing

Museums East of England Terms of Reference 2021

Museums East of England (MEE) is the representative group for large and medium-sized museums in the region, composed of senior managers from museums with a budget of at least £175k and a minimum of five paid staff. MEE is an independent group but SHARE convenes and administers its meetings.

SHARE Advisory Forum Terms of Reference 2019

The SHARE Advisory Forum has been set up to advise and inform the work of the SHARE Programme in 2018-23. It is composed of 12 nominated and elected members who represent the region’s museums sector, both geographically and the different types of museum. It is SHARE’s ‘critical friend’.
